XLS Biofuels is a U.S. based renewable energy company specializing in advanced biofuels feedstock, production, and supply to the domestic and international biofuels market. The company was formed through a strategic partnership between two established U.S. energy companies specializing in the renewable energy and renewable biofuels sector.

XLS Biofuels business model is focused on the acquisition of stranded or shuttered refinery assets in the renewable biofuels marketplace. Once acquired, the assets will be converted into advanced biofuels facilities utilizing proprietary, patented technology from an industry-leading technology partner specializing in renewable diesel and jet fuel.

As a part of the process, this proprietary technology is capable of producing exceptionally high-quality renewable diesel and jet fuel feedstock from high FFA used cooking oil blended with low quality waste and trap grease. The finished product is a premium quality renewable diesel and jet fuel feedstock with virtually no metal content that is made from raw materials qualifying for the highest LCFS credits due to the CI score.
